Prairie
is a tribute to the grace of our land and the grit of our people. We
borrow from the best of the old ways and make them new with seasoned
skill and touches of inspiration. We celebrate our bounty of produce
grown locally, and then further afield, by farmers who care,
to bring you truly delicious and healthy food.
Prairie is a contemporary bistro pioneering wholesome, regionally inspired cuisine served in a stunning year-round garden oasis. The setting, overlooking Big Lake, is magical.

Daytime is café-style eat in or to go. Come in for nutritious
breakfasts, gourmet coffee and artisanal, organic pastries and
sandwich breads, baked daily in-house. Our soups and specials are
thoughtful, our salad bar a palette of flavours. Come relax and
unwind after a day spent shopping or in the Spa.
At 5pm
Prairie elegantly transforms into casual fine dining. Our small but
seasonal menu features carefully crafted dishes made from ingredients
grown by farmers who care, or by us on our own green roof.
Sunday Brunch is a family affair. Wonderful for special
occasions, or a great start to a memorable day spent at the Enjoy
Centre.

Hole's
is a retail greenhouse, nursery, show-garden, trial garden and
growing range cultivating many diverse crops from pansies to
poinsettias.
Hole’s was set up by the late, and much beloved Lois Hole, former Lieutenant Governor of Alberta, known as ‘The Queen of Hugs” for her endless warmth and generosity. Alongside her husband Ted, Lois built a successful vegetable growing business, based on a philosophy of ethical and responsible business.
In 2009 Hole's relocated to Bellerose Drive 30 years ago and shifted to a garden growing business and home and garden retail model. The Enjoy Centre is a second relocation and brand new vision: To create a new model for business that focuses on enjoyment and to create an environment that encourages customers, patrons and staff to reflect, relax, and reconnect.
Amaranth
Whole Foods Market is dedicated to promoting healthy foods,
nutritional awareness, and environmental responsibility through the
products sold and services provided. Started in Calgary in 1994 the
chain is committed to support local farms for produce, dairy and meat
products.
